Indian businessman who was not allowed to enter Georgia two days is planning to arrive in Tbilisi. Akbar Kuser`s attorney said that i Akbar Kucer had no problem with the police and it was unclear why he was expelled from Georgia.

The businessman accuses Georgian law enforcers of degrading treatment.

The defense side is demanding the removal of footage of surveillance cameras from Tbilisi International Airport and demanding the establishment of those persons who issued telephone instruction to the border police during the expulsion of the Indian businessman.

The lawyer has already addressed the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
