Representatives of NGOs claim that the governing team should take into account the opinion of the opposition and the civil sector, and the recommendations that the Venice Commission has issued.

According to them, the document has no legitimacy , hearings because the amendments have no other supporters than the ruling team.

Representatives of NGOs once again confirmed that they are ready to act as a sort of mediator between the ruling team and the opposition.
