Pikria Chikhradze, The Adviser to the President of Georgia, notes that people"s involvement in the issues related to constitutional amendments is important. According to her , all mechanisms are necessary for the public involvement.

"Generally, all the mechanisms of engagement are very important, especially when discussing constitutional amendments, "said Pikria Chikhradze.

The Adviser to the President of Georgia calls on the ruling party to stop discussion of the legislative package in parliament and clarifies that otherwise the public opinion polls are useless.

"If this process , which is underway in the parliament will not be suspended, everything will be useless, because the result of public opinion poll will not be able to change decision,"- Pikria Chikhradze states.
