The Georgian lawyer of the Indian businessman demands explanations from the Foreign Ministry. Manana Apkadze is going to visit the Ministry today. The attorney is waiting for an answer why Akbar Kuser is not allowed to enter Georgia.

Indian businessman was denied entry to the country for two times already. The businessman released a video message in which he says that he hopes that the incident will be followed by the adequate response.

He does not exclude that the fact is related to his business activities. The Public Defender"s Office is involved in this case. 

"We will have the same question with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, what is the reason for the persecution of foreign investors and what is the obstacle. Though it is packed as a customs problem it is clear that this is related to his business," -said lawyer Manana Apkhadze.
