The fate of five missing tourists lost in Khevsureti is unknown. Foreign travelers requested help at 10:00 pm yesterday, but rescue teams could not reach Khevsureti due to damaged of road. Khevsureti was cut off from the center. The flooded river and mudflows flooded houses in several villages and damaged the road.

Local resident Gaga Gogochuri states that infrastructure is completely damaged and bridges are damaged.

"Everything is destroyed. There are neither roads nor anything. No one is injured in Shatili, I am locked in the village of Giorgitsinda. If the rescuers will not come with helicopter sand they will not be able to find anyone," - Gaga Gogochuri says.
