The building of Jano Kakhidze Musical Center, near which a young girl was injured, has no responsible person who will take care of its safety. Vato Kakhidze, the Artistic director says that the building center has been handed over by the Ministry of Culture with the right to management and receive funding for that.

Vato Kakhidze appeals to the Ministry of Culture and the City Hall to create a commission as soon as possible and evaluate the cause.

" The building has been handed to us and we perform creative work, which is why the Ministry of Culture finances us. This is a legal entity financed by the Ministry of Culture, "Vato Kakhidze said.

According to the architect Leri Medzmariashvili, the building was reconstructed in 2003-2010 years by Cartu Foundation. According to him, the rehabilitation was carried out in the inner area and the main works of the outdoor facade were not carried out.
