The European Parliamentarian Rebecca Harms arrived in Gldani prison to see the head of the Demirel College, Mustafa Emre Chabuk. Before entering the prison, the MEP commented to journalists.

According to her, the case of Mustafa Emre Chabuk is very important and the Georgian authorities should not hand him over to the Turkish side. She also explained that the head of Demirrel Collegeshould not expect a transparent investigation in Turkey .

"We have the problems of rule of law and human rights in relation to Turkish citizens not only in Turkey but also outside of this country. I think that the Georgian government should not return him to Turkey, because there will be not a transparent investigation or procedure based on the rule of law, " - Rebecca Harms said.
