"Strategic partnership with the United States is a major deterrent factor against Russian military aggression," Batu Kutelia, Vice President of Atlantic Council has underlined in an interview with Rustavi2.

According to him, the results of Mike Pence"s visit to Georgia will be unprecedented in terms of security and democratic growth. He has underlined, that the US partnership is extremely important.

"Russia is in the line with countries like Iran and North Korea. Due to these sanctions, irreversible policy will continue as long as all problems are resolved, which is why they have imposed sanctions on Russia and Georgia is in the list of problems,"- said Batu Kutelia.
