Refusal to refugee status - Chabuk`s lawyers will appeal against decision today

Lawyers of Mustafa Emre Chabuk will appeal against the decision of the Ministry of Refugees and Accommodation at the City Court today.

It is about the decree according to which the Demirel college manager and his family were refused refugee status.

The attorney speaks about the dangers of Chabuk`s extradition to Turkey.

If the first instance does not satisfy their demands, they would appeal to the Appeal Court and Strasbourg Court.
