Georgian military was killed in Afghanistan. The death of 25-year-old Junior Sergeant, Mdinar Bebiashvili, is confirmed by the Ministry of Defense of Georgia. According to the statement released by the Ministry, Sergeant Bebiashvili of the 23rd Infantry Battalion of the Georgian Armed Forces who participated in the" Firm Support "mission, was killed during a joint motorized patrol in the vicinity of the Bagam aviation base.

Three military servicemen of the Georgian Armed Forces were also injured during the attack - the health condition of Captain Mikheil Gvirjishvili is serious, the other two military`s health condition is stable. They are at the Bassam aviation base hospital.
