The accident occurred in Borjomi Gorge - 9 people were injured as a result of speeding up on quadrocycle, one of them died when he was taken to hospital. Five of the injured are young and 4 are teenagers.

A few minutes ago it became known that the 4 teenagers` health condition is satisfactory and they have already been discharged from the hospital. Two patients are in the intensive care unit, while the condition of other two patients is stable.

Out of 9 injured, 8 are foreigners, one is a Georgian citizen. Investigation has already begun by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The offense is punishable by 4 to 7 years of imprisonment.
