The fire in Borjomi has been completely liquidated a week after it started .

Nevertheless, live power and equipment was kep all night in the valley for the prevention of risks

At the end of the day, the Minister of Internal Affairs held a meeting in the headquarters of the village of Doba. The meeting was attended by heads of various departments.

According to the headquarters, despite the fire liquidation in Borjomi gorge there are about a thousand people, including firefighter-rescuers and special task department.

Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia says that intensive investigation is ongoing.

"It is a very difficult category of cases, but despite this very intensive work, intensive investigation is underway, we will wait for the results of the investigation and let`s not hurry with conclusions," - said Giorgi Mgebrishvili.
