There is no crisis management and foreign security system - experts criticize government for asking for help from Russia

The Georgian experts have responded to the request of the Georgian side to Russia. Experts speak of a serious institutional problem in the country.

According to their assessments, recent events have made it clear once again that there is no foreign and security system in Georgia.

Batu Kutelia, vice-president of "Atlantic Council of Georgia" says that the crisis management can not be implemented in the country.

"It is clear that our country has a serious institutional problem, first: there is no institutionally developed foreign policy and implementation mechanisms, the foreign and security systems are completely deorganizebuli and second and no less important problem - there is no crisis management policy and crisis is a political problem that needs a political response, "- said Batu Kutelia.

The Chairman of the Atlantic Council of Georgia Davit Sikharulidze also focuses on the absence of crisis management system. He said that Russia used the Georgian side`s mistake in its favor.

"Russia has once again used the right to appeal to its propaganda purposes," -said David Sikharulidze.

The Georgian government appealed one of the first the occupying state for assistance in the liquidation of the fire in the Borjomi Gorge, as Maria Zaharova, official spokesman of the Russian Foreign Ministry, confirmed yesterday.
