Intensive rain created problems in Adjara. Landslides developed in several villages of Kobuleti region.

The most difficult situation was in the village of Kobuleti and Sameba. The internal rural roads were blocked and it was necessary to evacuate the population from several villages. Six families left their homes late last night because the landslide was already near the houses.

On the Kobuleti road, a car with two small children got caught by the landslide. The rescuers managed to get them out of the car safely.

Up to now 1500 customers are left without electricity. When the power supply will be restored is not yet known.
