Plastic bag on head, attempt of strain and threat of rape in order to receive a confession- The Public Defender speaks about alleged facts of improper treatment by the police and is going to appeal to the Prosecutor"s Office for reaction.

As the Ombudsman says, the accused was hit in his head, then police officers put a plastic bag over his head and tightened it so that it was impossible to breathe. The plastic bag was removed only after the confession was signed.

Reportedly, the police officers threatened to rape the family members of the accused.

According to the Public Defender, the detainee has injuries on his body. He was detained five days ago.
