The scandalous case of the Cyanide Case has become a cause of another noisy trial. Father Giorgi"s lawyers appeal to the Constitutional Court against the Parliament of Georgia . Lawyers claim that the article, which prohibits lawyers from publicizing the case materials is unconstitutional.

"First of all, we request to suspend the provisions of Article 374 until the court begins and finishes discussion of this case. There is a threat that as far as till now our rights have been unlawfully restricted, We may be charged unlawfully as well," says Giorgi Pantsulaia, Father Giorgi Mamaladze"s lawyer.
According to the lawyer Giorgi Chitidze, they hope that the Constitutional Court will begin discussing the case in the nearest future.
