The Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center says that police control, both internal and external, is ineffective. They say that it concerns judicial processes and actions of general Inspection.

The research also focuses on violations whle conducting raids .

The NGO is to talk about the need to reform the general inspection and to create an independent agency that will investigate the crime committed by the police. The details of the research will be known at today"s presentation.
