The Public Defender accuses the Ministry of Internal Affairs of violating the law. The statement released by the Ombudsman"s Office says that despite the request, the Ministry did not provide information about the location of persons detained at the Tbilisi Sakrebulo for 3 hours, which is a violation of law and the administrative offense according to the Public Defender. Public Defender and its representatives are authorized to requestfrom the state authorities to provide any information and explanations immediately,

According to the ombudsman`s office, the requirement of the law was not fulfilled in this case.
