The Prosecutor"s Office should determine what happened on Nutsubidze street and what were circumstances of young man"s death. The investigation has been launched under the article on death by negligence. A young man died at the time when the patrol police were handcuffing him.

According to eyewitnesses, one officer told to stop the detention operation. The neighbours of the deceased say that the man became sick suddenly.

The locals cannot understand why the patrol police did not call emergency services, while 32-year-old Paata Pavliashvili told them that he was ill.
