The founder of the "Law Enforcement Reform Center" speaks about the alleged abuse of power by the police. Zviad Kuprava also raises the issue of the responsibility of the Interior Minister. According to him, the investigation should be carried out in a timely manner so that the syndrome of impunity in law enforcement officers does not arise.

"They virtually put the blame for the death on the man who died. and tried to justify excessive use of force and incompetent action of the police by blackmouthing the victim. The employees of the Ministry were obliged to immediately stop the detention operation at the moment when the man felt ill and urgently needed to be taken into the hospital, "- said Zviad Kuprava, head of the NGO" Law Enforcement Reform Center ".

One person died in Tbilisi during the detention operation on Nutsubidze Street on October 25th.
