The closing ceremony of the "Strategic and Operational Planning Initiative " was held at the Ministry of Defense of Georgia . Minister of Defense of Georgia Levan Izoria has attended the event.

The head of the Defense Ministry has underlined that the " Strategic and Operational Planning Initiative" is an example of NATO-Georgia successful cooperation.

The NATO-Georgia essential package includes 15 different initiatives, one of which is strategic and operational planning. The implementation of the project started in September 2015.
