A citizen of Georgia who loses private insurance will be able to engage in state insurance again, the health minister said after the government session. According to Davit Sergeenko, the decision of the Government today will be to revise the insurance data base and in case of loss of private insurance, citizens will be able to re-engage in the package online.

This step of the government was preceded by the decision of the Constitutional Court which recognized as unconstitutional the resolution of the Government of Georgia, of July 1, 2013, restricting the persons involved in private insurance schemes to the full use of the universal healthcare state program.
