Candidates on the position of Public Defender will be announced next week. The Chairman of Parliament states that the Ombudsman c will be selected as a result of open and transparent competition. According to Irakli Kobakhidze, "Georgian Dream" had preliminary consultations on this topic, but at this stage the parliament speaker refrains from nominating candidates.
