Recently there was a noise at polling station # 43 in Ozurgeti. Pikria Mamardashvili, the observer of non-governmental organization "Society of Parliament" and a law enforcement representative confronted each other. The reason was the persons standing outside the polling station who registered the voters. The observe filmed them with her video camera which was followed by confrontation from the side of the police.
Pikria Mamardashvili says that she herself called the police , but the law enforcers physically assaulted her and tried to seize the camera.
"The women are sitting in the car with the lists, the data is recorded in the list regarding who comes to the polling station. We called 112 and police crew came . One of the man got into the police car . I do not know whether he was a policeman shut down my camera and even physically assaulted me while trying to take away the camera, " -Pikria Mamardashvili said.
The women who are counting voters outside the polling station say they are counting the supporters who come to the place and there is nothing wrong with it. They do not hide the fact that they are representatives of "Georgian Dream"
