Law enforcers detained the head of the "Law Enforcers" Reform Center".

The incident took place in front the Justice House where Zviad Kuprava tried to stage a memorial dedicated to the memory of those 41 people, which, according to ho,m are victims of the actions of the law enforcement agencies.

The police did not allow the demonstrators to install a memorial, which caused confrontation and conflict.
Apart from Zviad Kuprava, two more participants of the rally are detained.

At this time it is unknown where the detainees are.
