According to unconfirmed information, one of the people killed during the special operation in Gabriel Salosi Street was Akhmed Chataev.

Head of the Security Service Vakhtang Gomelauri stated about it at the funeral of the killed serviceman in Kashueti church.

According to Gomelauri, the search process is underway at this stage and his identification has not yet been carried out. However, there is doubt that one of liquidated persons was Chataev. According to him, the American side is involved in the processes.

Akhmed Chataev is included in the terrorists` black list by the US government.
