The delegation of the Georgian Patriarchate is expected in Moscow in a week. The invitation was handed over to Ilia II by Patriarch Kirill"s representative during his visit to Tbilisi a few weeks ago .

It is known that a delegation consisting of 3 high hierarchy clergymen will depart.for the 100th anniversary of the renewal of the title of Patriarch of Russia,

The delegation will be headed by Metropolitan Theodore Chuadze of Akhaltsikhe, Tao Klarjeti and Lazeti Eparchy.

Because of the state of health, the patriarch of Georgia is not able to attend the event.
