Giorgi Pertaia accuses law enforcers of violence.He made a statement with the representatives of "Article 42 of the Constitution" today.

Giorgi Pertaia"s attorney says that patrol police has illegally stopped him on Nikoladze Street and physically and verbally insulted him during detention.

According to Giorgi Pertaia, the police has threatened him to plant drugs.

"Article 42 of the Constitution" requests to punish patrol crew members.
