Giorgi Pertaia accuses the patrol police of beating and verbal abuse. The incident happened in Tbilisi. Pertaia was driving in the car with his wife and a two-year-old son when the patrol police crew stopped.

Together with the driver"s license, Pertaia showed a police officer`s veteran certificate and told the police that he was a former colleague. According to Pertaia, this fact has caused irritation of the law enforcers.
