The condition of the man injured at construction site in Batumi is bad. Doctors say he has multiple injuries. Among them is a closed brain injury.

A 57-year-old man who was driving a tractor fell under heavy equipment. The incident occurred near the House of Justice, at the construction site of the company "Orbi".

According to the company , the tractor turned over and the driver was later pulled from under the tractor by rescuers..

According to the MIA, the investigation is launched under Article 240 of the Criminal Code, which implies a breach of labor safety rules.
