He said that he is political prisoner and is currently waiting for the decision of the European Court.

"There is no other reason for keeping me in jail, there is no other thing I really do not see. I do not even know why I"m imprisoned , there is no criminal case in realiy,"-Bacho Akhalaia said.

He said that he was not asked questions and notes that accusations against him were often unfair and disgraceful.

The court convicted Bacho Akhalaia,for torture in prison.

"I am in prison for almost 6 years, but in fact, according to the documents, according to these verdicts, 2 years are not taken into account ... I do not think that any change can happen in the country`s judicial system in the near future," said.Bacho Akhalaia.
