The case related to MP Sopho Kiladze in Kutaisi court is still under consideration. Chairperson of the Human Rights Parliamentary Committee is accused by the employee from her office of discrimination.

Elga Poladashvili says that she appealed to the court after she was requested to leave the office. According to Ms. Sophie Kiladze, the reason for asking her to leave the job is that she is not a lawyer by profession.

According to Poladashvili , the diploma of the lawyer is just an excuse and in fact, the MP wants to staff the committee with his own people.
