"The Turkish clinic has a resuscitation plan ready to come and take Temirlan, but they do not want it," Nata Machalikashvili, the sister of Temirlan Machalikashvili, said about the necessity of transporting a 19-year-old youngster to Turkey. According to Nata Makhalikashvili, Turkey can provide her brother"s transportation.

Nata Machalikashvili states that the Georgian side tells them that Temirlan Machalikashvili will not be able to fly.

"We demand from bring from Turkey special plane and take my brother to the hospital," Nata Machalikashvili says.

Temirlan Machalikashvili"s family also requires financing of transportation .

Zurab Utiashvili, Director of St. Michael"s Archangel Hospital, says that the transfer procedure to Turkey requires some time. Zurab Utiashvili notes that the Clinic is less involved in negotiations with the Turkish hospital.
