Strong wind deroofs several residential buildings in Rustavi. The substation, owned by Energopro is totally deroofed.

"The City Services and Infrastructure Service started to work at 12 o"clock yesterday. The whole city is controlled and additional information will be introduced, "said Rustavi Mayor Irakli Tabagua.
