Paata Pavliashvili"s family requests General Inspection to study the case

An investigation into Paata Pavliashvili"s case, who died during the special operation on Nutsubidze slope may be suspended. The prosecutor"s office was investigating the case on negligence. It should estimate, why the video footage of the incident is not complete.

There was a suspicion that a part of the material was deleted by the Interior Ministry employees. The final expertise was introduced to the family by the Tbilisi Prosecutor"s Office.

Levan Vepkhvadze, the lawyer of the Georgian Young Lawyers "Association said that the footage of detainment was not taken.

The deceased"s family requests the General Inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to study the case.
