The President of Georgia awarded Mamia Alasania with the title of the national hero and awarded Vakhtang Gorgasali order of the first and second rank to 9 fighters. Giorgi Margvelashvili personally handed over the award to family members of the fighters for for the independence of Georgia in the presidential palace .
