Vladimir Putin has signed the so-called law on ratification. The relevant statement was posted on the official website of the Russian president.

The agreement signed between the occupied Tskhinvali and Russia implies the entry of separate military units of the occupied South Ossetia into the Russian army.

The agreement between the occupied Tskhinvali and Russia was signed in March 2017, for 25 years.
