Chief Prosecutor comments on Mustafa Emre Chabuk"s case

Chief Prosecutor made a statement on Mustafa Emre Chabuk"s case.

According to Irakli Shotadze, the prosecutor"s office applied to the courty on the issue of extradition based on evidence received from Turkey .

"The case of extradition is examined by the Court. These discussions will take place based on the principles of competition and equality. We will present materials from Turkey. The defense side and the relevant stakeholder will present the materials available to them. The court will make the relevant decision. This is not our criminal prosecution case. This person is not accused by the Prosecutor"s Office of Georgia, "said Irakli Shotadze.
