The court hearing of the suit of Ateni Street residents begins today.

Locals are demanding to stop the construction. It is not ruled out by the applicants to demand a judge"s recusal as he already has considered some cases on the construction on Ateni Street.

The first instance decision to stop construction will be known this week. In parallel, the City Court continues to hear the suit filed by the population regarding the building coefficient
