Estonian president thinks the reaction of the international community during the August 2008 war was insufficient. Kersti Kaljulaid made this announcement about the Russian policy with the journalists at the Munich Conference. The Estonian leader believes that after the occupation of the Georgian territories, the EU has returned to normal relations with Russia, which eventually led to Ukraine"s crisis. That is why the President of Estonia believes that NATO should strengthen its policy of defense towards not partner countries.
