The exact date of transfer of Archil Tatunashvili"s body is unknown.

The official letter of the Russian Patriarch providng the details about transfer of Tatunashvili"s body is expected in the Georgian Patriarchate today.
In parallel, the International Committee of the Red Cross is ready to take part in the transfer of the body to the territory controlled by the Georgian government.

"We had a telephone conversation with the Russian Patriarchate and they said that the Patriarch of Russia, although he is on an official visit to Bulgaria, has been actively involved and said that in the shortest possible time he would try to assist in transferof Archil Tatunashvili"s body through the Red Cross Society. This is what they said in their telephone conversation, officially,
he will write about it on Monday, "said Kakhaber Gogotishvili.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs is investigating the death of Archil Tutunashvili. The Georgian side will conduct the expertise as soon as the corpse is delivered. However, almost two weeks after the murder, the reasons for establishing the reasons of the death are likely to be complicated.

According to the State Minister of Georgia on Reconciliation and Civic Equality, Georgian side is also working on release of two Georgian citizens detained along with Archil Tatunashvili.
