Demonstration of Transgender women in front of the Justice Ministry - MIA releases information

A Ministry of Internal Affairs releases a statement over the demonstration, held in front of the Ministry of Justice today.

In parallel with the rally of transgender women, the counterdemonstration was held, participants of which threw eggs to transgender women. One of the protesters was detained by police.

According to the MIA, law enforcers detained one person under Article 166 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, which implies hooliganism.
