A former head of the National Environment Agency opposes the Ministry of Environment Protection and Agriculture. As Tamar Bagratia states, the deputy Minister used to interfere harshly in her staff decisions. According to Bagratia, she used to appoint officials in the agency without public competition, violating the law.

"Ms. Nino Tandilashvili, Deputy Minister of Environment Protection and Agriculture was asking for the whole day yesterday to make such appointment, which considered was not the right decision, "Tamar Bagratia said.
