Nino Lomjaria, the Public Defender met with representatives of women"s movement and people who talk about possible sexual harassment by a former candidate for the GPB Board of Trustees nominated by the Public Defender.

According to the Ombudsman"s Office, the Public Defender personally listened to the women whose stories contained indications of alleged sexual harassment and sexual abuse. These facts will be examined by the Public Defender on its own initiative, within the mechanism of discrimination and the fight against violence against women.

The alleged sexual harassment case has been reported after the Women"s Movement has released a public statement.
