Demonstration in Mamuka Berdzenishvili"s support

A demonstration in support of the former video editor of GPB - Mamuka Berdzenishvili is underway. Representatives of different organizations have gathered in front of the Public Broadcaster. They issued the common announcement in Berdzenishvili"s support.

The court has sentenced 8-year-imprisonment to the former employee of GPB for purchase, storage and use of 2 grammes of MDMA .

Berdzenishvili"s supporters appeal to the parliament and demand to make amendments to the law.

Participants of the rally call on the President to ask the Pardon Commission to consider Mamuka Berdzenishvili"s case.

Mamuka Berdzenishvili was detained by police last summer and sentenced to 8 years" imprisonment on March 21, 2018.
