Shalva Natelashvili, the Presidential candidate of Labor Party plans to announce Sokhumi as the capital of Georgia in case of his victory.

According to him, if Russia is ready, hewill start negotiations with Moscow over the restoration of Georgia"s territorial integrity.

"Soon after my presidency Sokhumi will be declared as the capital of Georgia, which will ensure constitutional permanence for the country"s territorial integrity. , "said Shalva Natelashvili.
