Kevin Spacey has pleaded not guilty to sexual assault, as he appeared in court for the first time to face charges that he groped an 18-year-old in 2016.
The 59-year-old actor is accused of inappropriately touching an employee of the Club in Nantucket on the evening of 7 July.
He is charged with indecent assault and battery, which is a felony. If convicted, the Hollywood star faces a maximum of five years in prison and would be required to register as a sex offender.
