Nazi Janezashvili, the non-judge members of the High Council of Justice, has commented on today"s statements of Bidzina Ivanishvili.

Janezashvili met with former judges on the issue of selection of judges today.
The non-judge member of the Council speaks about the role of the court and states that if one of the important institutions of the state is not independent, there is no guarantee that the country will develop.

Janezashvili imposes full responsibility to the Parliament and says that the legislative body should work out the right criteria, which will guide the High Council of Justice.

Janezashvili announces as well that she is going to appeal to the parliament with the legislative initiative regarding procedure for staffing the Supreme Court together with Ana Dolidze next week.
