Government of Georgia keeps science on the eleventh day after authocephaly of Ukrainian Church. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is waiting for the decision of the Patriarchate.

Davit Zalkaliani, the Minister of Foreign Affairs says that it is the Georgian Church"s competence to congratulate make a decision towards the attitude regarding this issue.

"First of all,the Orthodox Church of Georgia should make a decision on this issue. As for the state, you know that the state does not interfere with the church activities.
We are happy and welcome any step that strengthens the Ukrainian statehood, independence, territorial integrity and sovereignty," - says Davit Zalkaliani .
