Today, it should become known whether the court will satisfy Irakli Okruashvili"s suit regarding the seizure of Kibar Khalvashi and Panorama Ltd shares in "Rustavi 2". Okruashvili"s lawyer addressed the court last week. According to the claimant, the agreement was signed in Berlin in 2010 between Khalvashi and Okruashvili, according to which Kibar Khalvashi is only a formal ruler of R2 and as he states there are three expertise conclusions on the authenticity of the signature. On the other hand, Kibar Khalvashi"s lawyer and new director of R2, Paata Salia claims that the opposing side has a fraudulent document.
"We filed an appeal to the court and demanded to seize the shares of Kibar Khalvashi in " Panorama LLC and Rustavi 2. Given the fact that Irakli Okruashvili should file a suit against the Rustavi 2 shares in the court, it is prevention not to allow Mr. Kibar to sell the shares to third parties, "- says Irakli Okruashvili"s lawyer, George Zedelashvili.
